He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent which will reach to himself.

- Thomas Paine

I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.

- James Madison

I would remind you, that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And... moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.

- Barry Goldwater

The purpose of this website is to promote the belief that, conservative principles of freedom, liberty, and limited government are a crucial foundation upon which America was built, and are relevant to our society, as these guiding values uphold our way of life. Conservatism is not tied to any political party, but is a worldview, a philosophy, and a way of life.

Our founders relied on the aforementioned values, having been liberated by the understanding that the truths of our rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness were given to us by God.

They understood that if our leaders began to believe that these basic rights were a by-product of government, that they could restrict them. If our rights were given by man, then man could take them away.

Instead they recognized the basis of our liberties and sought to preserve them with the true understanding of their source. This is the legacy and heritage we desire to preserve.

As such, we believe that is necessary to train and encourage students to educate themselves about the principles which have contributed to our country’s success. Political involvement does not always mirror the example of protests and media-driven activism, but can take the form of conversations with friends and family, and actively analyzing political candidates.

To this end, our team of writers and students have joined together to provide meaningful conversations on the important issues our country faces, through both written articles and participation in our online forum.

We seek to educate, inform, and inspire students of all ages to understand the political process and seek involvement in their local communities.

America has a proud heritage of freedom, and it is our hope to continue its noble tradition by promoting conservative values and liberate minds with the truth.

The history of liberty is a history of resistance. The history of liberty is a history of limitations of governmental power, not the increase of it.

- Woodrow Wilson

We, the people, are the rightful masters of both congress and the courts - not to overthrow the constitution, but to overthrow men who pervert the constitution.

 - Abraham Lincoln

It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself.

- Thomas Jefferson
